Holidays in Poland

I've planned already where I wanna go on holidays. Poland will be my choice. I always wanted go there, sawa this beautiful, old architecture and culture. So I started planning right now, I need some good place to stay, some good location and I need to know where can i find interesting places to spend free time, for example good restaurant. I now, this year my holidays will be delightful.
